Great tasting breakfast and lunch, real teas in pots, with a timer provided so they brew just so! (or so I'm told) I can personally vouch for the coffee!

Sorted! This, in my humble opinion, is THE best veggie eatery in town!
Just inside Cardiff, near the banks of the Taff, and a short walk from Central station and the city itself, is this extraordinarily welcoming place to eat. The menu is vast and the food is delicious. I have taken many a carnivore there and not a one of them has said anything but, "Wow, amazing!" (a good 'amazing' by the way)
The only drawback is that it's not always easy to park outside but I tell you, it is worth any small bother that might cause. It is also, as I said, easily accessible by train and by bus and a short cycle.http://www.vegetarianfoodstudio.com/

This shop has one of the best and largest range of interesting, good quality fruit, veg and a range of ambient deli foods you could hope for! Yet, it's a hop, skip and less than a jump away from ours in Windsor Arcade.
The rest of the arcade is also worth a look, proper Victorian.

This is the best museum (as opposed to Art gallery) that I have ever been to.
The buildings have been brought brick, stone or timber piece by piece from all over Wales to create a unique time travel experience. This is time travel without technology but the sights, sounds and smells of life at different periods for different classes of Welsh people. A walk around Wales - from Celtic times to the present day
St Fagans is one of Europe's leading open-air museums and Wales's most popular heritage attraction and admission is free!

The dinosaurs are great, and some of them move too!
However, the museum boasts one of the largest Impressionist and Post Impressionist collections in the UK. This is thanks to the generosity of the Davies sisters, who left 260 works fo Art to the museum. These include three of Monet's waterlilies paintings, Van Gogh's Rain at Auvers, Renoir's famous Blue Lady, La Parisienne, Monet's Rouen Cathedral, Rodin's The Kiss and other works by Manet and Pissarro.
