Self guided historical tours of the grounds and more in depth tours of the mansion are available during summer months. In the winter this is one of the more thrilling sled hills. (Winter park permit required not sold on site) See Visitors Center Tahoe City. Easy add on to a day in Sugar Pine Point State Park.

Lovely early Tahoe home open for tours in the summer. Walk to this lovely spot from the cabin. Nice long pier, broad lawn, several out buildings to explore, and lots of beach area. Interesting trail through the park to the Hellman-Ehrman Mansion. Gift shop at the site.
