This experience blends the region’s culture, craftsmanship, and culinary delights into one extraordinary adventure. • We’ll meet at Piazzale Michelangelo, from where you’ll drive a classic Alfa Romeo Spider—with me, an expert tour guide, as your passenger—along the scenic Chiantigiana route through rolling hills, vineyards, and medieval villages. • Among other artisanal stops along the route, we’ll visit a terracotta atelier in Impruneta and discover the charm of local craftsmanship. This is a 2h outdoor historic walking, starts from the Basilica of Santa Croce (Meeting point) and continues towards the Brunelleschi's Dome. I will guide you through understanding how Florence dominated the world in the past centuries and enchanted it with its art and crafts. You will learn about its past through the fascinating biographies of its great citizens: Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Dante, and many others, and with a special focus on the Medici Family that dominated the city for three centuries! Forget the boring explanation of churches and monuments: Florence is an open-air museum but also a city full of tradition and anecdotes. My tour will be a journey through time to discover the identity of the city through its illustrious protagonists. You'll start in Piazza della Repubblica, where the Romans founded Florence over 2000 years ago. In Piazza del Duomo you'll admire with me the imposing facade of the Cathedral, in which the bloodiest murder that involved the Medici family took place: the Pazzi conspiracy. In the nearby 'medieval district' I'll tell you the story of Dante Alighieri, the poet who wrote the Divine Comedy. Michelangelo, Donatello and Cellini are other great personalities that will accompany us to the discovery of Piazza della Signoria. Piazza degli Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio will be other important stages of your itinerary. Las colinas de Florencia en bicicleta eléctrica

First, we'll take some minutes to take confidence with the engine of the e-bikes; you don't need to be particularly fit even if we'll cover hilly roads; the engine makes the effort for you. In a couple of minutes, we'll leave the city center to reach the countryside towards the south area of Florence. Through a nice bike path, we'll get to the most popular panoramic view over the city of Florence: Piazzale Michelangelo. From there, we can admire from the distance all the architectures of the city. With the use of the electric engine, in no time we'll be in the area of Arcetri, where the scenary is totally different: no tourists,olives groves, small vineyards, typical Tuscan countryside. I'll tell you something about our local products such as the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the wine. Electric bikes, nature, green colors, red poppies and birds cheeping are the context of this ride. After the ride, we'll get back to the city center to taste a wonderful gelato in one of the best spots in town! If you have kids, please contact me!
